Change password

Use Change password to replace the password for your local Actualog account while you are signed in.

Open Change password.

Change the password

  1. Enter your current password in Old password.
  2. Enter the new password in New password.
  3. Select Save Changes.

Use the eye button beside a password field to temporarily show or hide its value.

Password requirements

The new password must:

  • contain at least 8 characters;
  • contain an uppercase letter;
  • contain a lowercase letter;
  • contain a digit;
  • contain a special character.

The page displays the first unmet requirement after you interact with the new-password field. Save Changes remains disabled until both fields have values and the new password satisfies the checks.

If the change fails

  • Re-enter the old password carefully; it must match the current account password.
  • Correct the requirement shown below the new-password field.
  • If you normally sign in through an external identity provider, password management for that provider may be separate from a local Actualog password.
  • If you cannot sign in to reach this page, use the account recovery flow rather than guessing repeatedly.

After a successful change, use the new password the next time Actualog asks you to authenticate.
